Although very lovely lights we found putting them together very intricate. We have advised you several weeks ago that an eyelet on the table lamp was missing and have notified you of this but have secured the crystals with a small ring on a temporary basis. Also one of the eight bulbs was in half and cannot be used. Photos of both faults have been sent to Shane at your company but we are awaiting remedial action on both faults. We would appreciate your dealing with both these matters at your earliest convenience.
