Assistance via ‘chat’ when considering purchasing was very helpful. Timescale for delivery was excellent as was tracking facility. The only problems were around the marrying up of the light body into the ceiling fitment part of the bar lightthe light as the slats an screws are ever so slightly out of alignment. The other difficulty with both light fixtures was affixing the shades using the tool provided which was again a poor fit.
