I didn't receive my order, they delivered to the wrong address or person and I got no reply from the customer service. It was my first orderand I was enthusiast but will not buy again and will not recomend it either.
It says, as the attachment I am sending here, that it was receved yesterday by A PERSON AUTHORIZED. authorized by who ?? Where is the name of this person ? Where is the signature of this person ? I wan my money back and never buy again from Kess Berlin.
