I had been very happy with Keto-Mojo products until recently. I had been using the model TD-4279 for several years when I was doing the keto diet on and off, until I was diagnosed with type II diabetes in June. I wanted to start tracking my blood glucose daily on the app, so I then bought the Bluetooth capable V4 in July, not knowing they were about introduce a new model and stop supporting the v4 on the app. I was doing fine tracking glucose and ketones until a week ago, without warning, keto mojo stopped supporting the v4. I had seen the trade in offer on the app and even filled out the form to trade, but never heard back by email, text, or mail. Very poor customer service in my opinion.
