“The strips work fine. I have trouble with the meter though. I can take my glucose then ketones, but it doesn’t store them. I have to re-sync on Bluetooth every time I try to pull up my readings.”

I want everyone to know how dedicated your entire team is; on your mission to help us on the ground floor level to take control of their own health, and to monitor vital markers that can guide us through the big pharma medical labyrinth, and the realization that the more we have tools like Keto Mojo and they're phenomenal support team, the more we can be in control of our health choices, and our own ultimate health. “Very good, works well, has a few quirks. It wobbles when using the on/off button with one hand because of the placement of the bottom studs too far up. Buttons could be more positve, they're a bit soft. The new size of the test strips makes them even more difficult to tear open than before and that was difficult enough. an older weak handed user would need scissors, maybe serrations like the ones that join the strips would be good as they are easy to separate. "view test results" heading----- the user manual needs changed. the 7, 14 and 30 day average procedure just doesn;t happen, well not on the 2 meters I've had, it just switches off! Small things, I know, but would just make it more ergonomic and slick. However, despite all that, it's a good piece of kit and does the job it's meant for and the service is good too, these are just potential tweaks. best, Rob”

“I hadn’t used my keto Mojo for number of years and purchased a new one with new strips… I’ve been pleased with the performance and reliability for several months now and expect to continue. Excellent product and calculates my GKI quickly and easily. New features include the ability to transfer that information to other apps such as Carb Manager, which helps me keep track of my toes and blood sugars.”

“As I recall, your website is difficult to navigate and your little electronic meter doesn't work. Fortunately, urine strips do. Your capillary tube blood sample strips either do not wick blood or fail to read it correctly. I used the earler version of the device, and it worked perfectly. Then, for god only knows what reasoning, you decided to make the thing iPhone App based. It is useless.”

“Excellent customer service from a company that cares about improving your health as well as making sure you’re happy with their products. I’ve been impressed by the quality of their online information and their attention to details. As senior citizen they helped me troubleshoot opening the testing strips when my eyes and fingers weren’t behaving! Thanks again!”

“Problems with my order. Unclear whether it was my mistake or theirs, but either way, it was impossible to get a response. When they finally responded they were very cagey regarding how I could return an item and refused to give me return information. Refused to give me info uless I sent pictures first. Terrible customer service. I have their device, so I am stuck dealing with them, but I would have gone with another company had I known how difficult and completely unhelpful they were going to prove to be.”
