“This last set of glucose strips is having frequent E-4 errors.”

“I ran a glucose test with a new strip within an hour of having a blood draw at doctor office for an annual physical. Both on the same 12 hours fast. Lab glucose was 92. Keto-mojo was 122!”

“I purchased Keto and Glucose test strips and when tested with the control drop, they registered out of range. I called the 800 number and left a message asking for help and did not receive a call back. William Neil. 608-632-2347”

“At least three of the test strips have come back with either E4 or E2 error. It's really frustrating with as much as these costs that I am wasting them when I'm trying to test.”

“- Expensive shopping cost - Slow delivery with no estimated delivery date - the new packaging is a pain to take out the stick without touching all over the test area. Hence uncertain reading”

“I bought the glucose strips and I am terribly disappointed with the new format. It is extremely difficult to open the strip because the wrapping is so tight, and on top of that, the measurements are made difficult because the blood sample doesn't run well along the strip. Very disappointed with the change.”

“Shipping is dead slow. Ordered strip combo pack. It is shipped from Salt Lake City. I live about 192 miles south of SLC. You sent my strips to Whittier, California. From there, it seems to have gone by slow boat to North Korea. It eventually arrived almost two weeks after ordering. I'm old and not in great shape, but I think I could have walked there and back faster. Meter is moody about syncing to the app. I follow the destructions carefully. Sometimes it works. Often I have to manually enter the results. No bueno. Yes the meter is on before I tap Sync. No, there are no test strips in the meter. Yes the the meter is less than one inch from the phone. No, there is no excuse for such poor performance.”

“I want to make sure I am in ketosis. 15$ to test blood sugar. 50$ to make sure you are in ketosis. Its a rediculous price. So I will just not. Ill sell the test kit or give it to someone with insulin issues. Cant buy the test strips on Amazon, so I basicly got ripped off.”

“Shipping was very poor. According to tracking, the package passed within a mile of my house 2 times and still took an additional 4 days after that occurred (around 10 days total).”

“I purchased the strips which I think are expensive, but I do need them and made a choice to spend the money. My health is worth it. The problem is that only 1 out of 3-4 strips doesn’t cause an E11 reading. What does an E11 reading mean anyway?”

“It works well for measuring what it's supposed to but the accessories are expensive. I wouldn't recommend. I wish I had researched other options a bit more for economical longevity. There are much better options.”

“I stopped using Facebook on my phone, so working with customer service is an annoying multi-step process that I know is not going to work out in my favor. I'm also annoyed because of the amount of tracking on their website, app, and products. Sheesh.”
