“I am having trouble with my meter. It shuts off during the ketones strip Countdown or just as I insert the ketone strip to test. Sometimes it shuts off during the glucose test. I thought you were sending me a new replacement meter but I have not received it. I don’t want to waste strips cause they are too expensive. It usually happens at least once a week.”

“As I recall, your website is difficult to navigate and your little electronic meter doesn't work. Fortunately, urine strips do. Your capillary tube blood sample strips either do not wick blood or fail to read it correctly. I used the earler version of the device, and it worked perfectly. Then, for god only knows what reasoning, you decided to make the thing iPhone App based. It is useless.”

“Your graph don’t show trend lines. At a group meeting we all compared the different glucose monitors and software. Some had trend lined snd easy to read. Others had curves in the trends that showed ratio changes. When I showed your motto nobody understood it.”

“I reached out to customer service on live chat, but couldn't attach photos of my defective ketone strips, so was advised to email the photos. I did that. No response. Reached out via email again. No response. I had six or seven of my ketone strips with red lines through the end that goes into the meter, which made them unreadable. The strips are not inexpensive, so having a week's worth of defective ones was disappointing. Customer service not responding is disappointing. I really like the system otherwise but would certainly like to have my defective strips replaced. Thank you for your attention.”

“I have been trying to use the practitioner portal, and I have clients who have accepted and are in my group, but I cannot see their information. Attempts to reach out to support and follow their instructions have not panned out. I have asked my followers/clients to purchase your product so they can look at their graphs and stats with me, but I can't follow through. This feature isn't a feature if it doesn't work and wastes clients' and my time.”

“I ran a glucose test with a new strip within an hour of having a blood draw at doctor office for an annual physical. Both on the same 12 hours fast. Lab glucose was 92. Keto-mojo was 122!”

“- Expensive shopping cost - Slow delivery with no estimated delivery date - the new packaging is a pain to take out the stick without touching all over the test area. Hence uncertain reading”
