Shipping was very poor. According to tracking, the package passed within a mile of my house 2 times and still took an additional 4 days after that occurred (around 10 days total).

I purchased the strips which I think are expensive, but I do need them and made a choice to spend the money. My health is worth it. The problem is that only 1 out of 3-4 strips doesn’t cause an E11 reading. What does an E11 reading mean anyway?

It works well for measuring what it's supposed to but the accessories are expensive. I wouldn't recommend. I wish I had researched other options a bit more for economical longevity. There are much better options.

I stopped using Facebook on my phone, so working with customer service is an annoying multi-step process that I know is not going to work out in my favor. I'm also annoyed because of the amount of tracking on their website, app, and products. Sheesh.

Strips for the newes reader (GK) are only available in the US. Their Europe division does not sell them. Product is perhaps best used by someone who does not travel extensively outside the US. No mention of this was on the Amazon US site.

The parcel delivered by Royal Mail was dropped in a ‘safe point’ box at a boarding house of a school. The matron never recalled seeing the parcel, and after checking with every student, no one had taken it. I presume it’s lost. I recommend using the courier service ‘deliver to person’ instead, as it’s not cheap and the parcel contains medical-related tools.

There new strips are more difficult to extract from the package than previous strips. I have to use scissors to get them out every time I use the machine.

At first I was very impressed with the kit I got and the standard rest strips I got, but I got the bundle and the first 10 strips seemed like normal testing for glucose levels, staying between 80-100. I opened up the extra pack of blood testing strips, and the average with those were 120-140 consistently, from my understanding this is “within range” but I’m not very comfortable with the inaccuracy and it being consistently 30 points higher when I am eating the same way, I had a cgm and it was stating I was still in the 80-100 range, this combine with the ketone testing doesn’t accurately tell me if I am in ketosis now

The device and strips work well, no complaints on that. My issue is with ordering test strips. Although it was easy to place the order back in February, I still have not recieved my test strips. After contacting customer support, they advised the shipping company had an issue with the address. Once the shipping company returns the order, Keto-Mojo will then reship the item to my address. FYI, I had to contact Keto-Mojo to find out what the issue was after month had passed. There is no way to contact through the application.

I recently received a combo box of glucose and keto strips. The glucose packaging has changed, as you know. The new narrow pak for individual strips is very hard to open without resorting to scissors or some other tool. The packaging change makes Keto-Mojo nearly unusable for some people. I considered returning the whle lot, but insted went form daily to weekly use. The previous packaging was far better.

The monitor worked the first couple times I used it, but then it stoppped functioning. I tried everything to ensure I was performing the steps properly. I reached out to the company, but they sent me "canned" email, asking me for information I had already provided them e.g. my demographics. I painfully dealt with their "canned" emails for a short while until I gave up, and went through Amazon to get a replacement. This company is not responsive. I have not tried the new monitor.

It took me over a month to get my order. I was told there was a delay several times. Then I was told to pick it up at my local carrier. What? No name no address just "local carrier." Call me stupid, but I did not know that was another way to say Post Office. So after a month, several emails, and several phone calls, I finally picked my order up at the post office yesterday. This was not a good experience. Unfortunately, I will probably have to order from you again because it is the only place I can find glucose strips without buying keto strips too. And I test glucose way more frequently than ketones. And I can't afford to pay $60 a shot to collect keto strips I won't ever use.

Constantly having to calibrate it. Can’t depend on reading. Usually 20+- points different than my wife’s glucose meter. Also same difference when I get labs done. Cost too much if I have to calibrate each time and can’t depend on reading.

I enjoy using Keto-Mojo+. But have written in about an issue with syncing my readings. Was told to do something in settings but cannot find in settings what I was told to do. Machine tells me to delete readings. I go thru process and it won’t delete.

The problem is the app. I spent all this money for strips only to have my account deleted of the app and no answers from technical support.
