It took me over a month to get my order. I was told there was a delay several times. Then I was told to pick it up at my local carrier. What? No name no address just "local carrier." Call me stupid, but I did not know that was another way to say Post Office. So after a month, several emails, and several phone calls, I finally picked my order up at the post office yesterday. This was not a good experience. Unfortunately, I will probably have to order from you again because it is the only place I can find glucose strips without buying keto strips too. And I test glucose way more frequently than ketones. And I can't afford to pay $60 a shot to collect keto strips I won't ever use.

Constantly having to calibrate it. Can’t depend on reading. Usually 20+- points different than my wife’s glucose meter. Also same difference when I get labs done. Cost too much if I have to calibrate each time and can’t depend on reading.

I enjoy using Keto-Mojo+. But have written in about an issue with syncing my readings. Was told to do something in settings but cannot find in settings what I was told to do. Machine tells me to delete readings. I go thru process and it won’t delete.

The problem is the app. I spent all this money for strips only to have my account deleted of the app and no answers from technical support.

I was never able to find how the interface between the keto-mojo and the cellphone appt worked together. Never found anything to explain the cellphone appt features and how to use. Had to figure it out on my own.

Im having problems with this order of ketone strips. The perforation between the strip packaging is not tearing cleanly, and it’s sometimes exposing two strips at once. Im having to carry nail scissors to open them.

I mentioned that I was overwhelmed by setting it up and no one reached out to assist. I feel your support is minimal — just sell product.

Some of the test strips seemed to be bad as they show up as an error reading. I'm using an appropraite amount of blood and I make sure the test strip is inserted properly... This could get pricey.

I have tried to call to get help because I could not get an account set up. All I can do is order. No one will answer your phone--very disappointed. Especially since Dr. Sefried recommended you.

Each of the two times I have ordered from Keto-Mojo, there is a problem tracking the order and it takes a week longer to receive it. Also there insistence that they only return calls late in afternoons (on the east coast is just sill). I guess it saves money?

No mention of strips! There should have been AT LEAST ONE strip includedi n the kit(?) as well as at least ONE lancet (?)! Where is the QC? How do we know it is functioning properly? Disappointing.

I really wish that the strips weren't individually wrapped. Super wasteful and annoying to unwrap each time. Other than that, I'm happy with my purchase!

I don’t think the blood glucose reader is accurate. Fasting glucose of 130 then 128 etc….16 hour fast

Tested with another meter glucose off 20 points and can never get Bluetooth to connect always have to reconnect it

There seemed to be a breakdown in communication between customer service and shipping. I stated in several emails that I was interested in quicker delivery service. I had to wait More than a week to receive my order. That’s unheard of these days. So your next question on here is, “was your delivery on time?“ so my question would be on time according to who? I will have to answer this question with a resounding no. The other comment I need to make is that I was not told that I would need to purchase additional items for the calibration portion. I paid 20 bucks and find that I need other things. Not very happy about that either.
