“Hello, I am unfortunately not very happy with the device. More than half of the time, it gives me an E1-4 error. The number of testing strips which work have so far been less than the number of those which didn’t work! I am, as such, needing to dispose of more than half of the testing strips. I should be given new ones for free.”

“So far it appears to be not working too well. It either is way low on blood testing or way high. I need to use it some more to be certain, but so far it is not impressing me. I also have the older model Keto Mojo and I much prefer it. Roy”

“I can manage to test my blood glucose and ketones.... but that's all. The rest looks really complicated... I'm NOT technology savy I'm afraid. But How can I track my progress? All the Graphs look really intimidating. Can you send me simple straightforward steps please- For a total beginner.”

“I am very much in ketosis, according to two other blood meters (they are reading .8 and 1.2, in line with my staying under 20 carbs a day for two weeks). However, K-M keeps giving me a reading of .3.”

“I didn’t appreciate how much the rest strips cost and how many readings per day to accurately track glucose and ketones. I’d have even better buying a way cheaper keto machine and using a cgm”

“Frankly, I am VERY disappointed and frustrated with my purchase experience. It all stems from Keto-Mojo using the worst (and slowest) possible (ground) shipping option(s) that resulted in my shipment (first) being lost by the carrier and thereafter, its replacement taking more than two weeks to be delivered to me from the date I placed the order. Bear in mind I was (over) charged $13.95 to (ground) ship the very small box just under 600 miles (only an 8-hour drive from my house), yet it took two weeks to travel that distance. When I contacted the Keto-Mojo "customer service," (occurring multiple times) I received very unsatisfying "canned" email replies generally explaining basically that once the shipment was boxed and labeled it is out of their hands - It is then up to the customer to pursue the matter with the carrier(s) - The bottom line is: Customers should expect to overpay for shipping and the packaging and shipping to take two weeks to arrive (NOT the "typically 3-5 business days" as falsely claimed on the web site) AND do not even bother to contact customer service, as that will be a waste of your time.”

“I placed an order with Keto-Mojo on a Monday and my item said it was delivered on that Saturday. I did not receive the item. I reached out to the support email and never received a reply. I finally received my order on the following Thursday. I went an entire week without being able to measure ketones or glucose.”

“When I had a very small issue with my purchase, you wanted me to jump through an unrealistic hoop so I could have function in the small piece of plastic sold with my kit. That requirement was too much for such a trifle. That was not service.”

“I am a beginner at this but the product seems very difficulty to use. There is no instruction on what we should be looking for and if our numbers are low what we should be doing to correct them. Give me specifics, step by step for the beginners to allow improvement of their ketones. It is very frustrating and I have stopped using it now. Wish I had never spent the money on it.”

“Initially I was impressed. Now after 2 months, I am looking for a more accurate meter. My glucose can vary by as much as 10 or more points with the *same* sample. I need something much more reliable and accurate. Further, I phoned the company three times and no one ever returned my call. Then, I emailed support. No help there, I wound up having to figure things out on my own on how to use the pre and post meal icons. However, they are meaningless because the designation does not show up in either app. Useless feature, or so it appears since no one was able or willing to explain to me how to incorporate it in the apps. Not impressed.”

“The struggle is real! Those single-wrapped Glucose and ketone tests are a nightmare to open. First, you don't know which side is up and down in order not to touch the actual test strip. Once you squeeze and press the Test stripe to one side you still can not open it. There is no carving/mark/perforation which would allow you to easily open it. I need to use a scissor, hoping not to destroy anything. Now comes the best part- getting the strip out of the packing.. just another issue trying to wiggle it out. Life was so much easier when these tests came in 1 container. This is an everyday struggle- Keto Mojo you can do better than this.”
