I had to send my strips back because my monitor quit working. I paid $13.99 for the box I get a refund for $9.86 the box was unopened, what happened to my $4.00

Not happy with the upgrade; should have stuck with what I had. I wasted more than $100 on brand new test strips that I had to throw away because the new meter doesn't take the old strips; the new strip packaging is IMPOSSIBLE to open without damaging the test strip; individually wrapped is a monumental waste! Ejecting the strip from the meter is so ridiculous with the ejector button on the back of the device -- one ends up pressing all the other buttons, wiping blood all over the place, while trying to get to that ejector button. The pretty new case that all the stuff came in is useless as all the things one needs: lancets, lancet device, meter, strips, etc. ... don't fit! So, once you zip up the case, because it's so small, something hits the meter and turns it back on! I really do not like my decision to "upgrade"

When I placed the order I didn't receive a message that partial order would be back ordered. Only when the first part showed up did I know the situation. I had to contact you to even find out if my order would arrive in time for Thanksgiving. Still not here so waiting.

Hello, I am unfortunately not very happy with the device. More than half of the time, it gives me an E1-4 error. The number of testing strips which work have so far been less than the number of those which didn’t work! I am, as such, needing to dispose of more than half of the testing strips. I should be given new ones for free.

So far it appears to be not working too well. It either is way low on blood testing or way high. I need to use it some more to be certain, but so far it is not impressing me. I also have the older model Keto Mojo and I much prefer it. Roy

I can’t figure out how to use the device even with the tutorial. I requested someone would call me for a quick conversation but so far no one has so it it remains unused on my table. I am very dissatisfied with your customer service I must say.

I can manage to test my blood glucose and ketones.... but that's all. The rest looks really complicated... I'm NOT technology savy I'm afraid. But How can I track my progress? All the Graphs look really intimidating. Can you send me simple straightforward steps please- For a total beginner.

I am very much in ketosis, according to two other blood meters (they are reading .8 and 1.2, in line with my staying under 20 carbs a day for two weeks). However, K-M keeps giving me a reading of .3.

I didn’t appreciate how much the rest strips cost and how many readings per day to accurately track glucose and ketones. I’d have even better buying a way cheaper keto machine and using a cgm

Frankly, I am VERY disappointed and frustrated with my purchase experience. It all stems from Keto-Mojo using the worst (and slowest) possible (ground) shipping option(s) that resulted in my shipment (first) being lost by the carrier and thereafter, its replacement taking more than two weeks to be delivered to me from the date I placed the order. Bear in mind I was (over) charged $13.95 to (ground) ship the very small box just under 600 miles (only an 8-hour drive from my house), yet it took two weeks to travel that distance. When I contacted the Keto-Mojo "customer service," (occurring multiple times) I received very unsatisfying "canned" email replies generally explaining basically that once the shipment was boxed and labeled it is out of their hands - It is then up to the customer to pursue the matter with the carrier(s) - The bottom line is: Customers should expect to overpay for shipping and the packaging and shipping to take two weeks to arrive (NOT the "typically 3-5 business days" as falsely claimed on the web site) AND do not even bother to contact customer service, as that will be a waste of your time.

I placed an order with Keto-Mojo on a Monday and my item said it was delivered on that Saturday. I did not receive the item. I reached out to the support email and never received a reply. I finally received my order on the following Thursday. I went an entire week without being able to measure ketones or glucose.

When I had a very small issue with my purchase, you wanted me to jump through an unrealistic hoop so I could have function in the small piece of plastic sold with my kit. That requirement was too much for such a trifle. That was not service.

The meter will not sync. It’s been two weeks now and no resolution so far. I have been in contact with Ketomojo but still not working. I have only had this meter for a month.
