Im having problems with this order of ketone strips. The perforation between the strip packaging is not tearing cleanly, and it’s sometimes exposing two strips at once. Im having to carry nail scissors to open them.

I mentioned that I was overwhelmed by setting it up and no one reached out to assist. I feel your support is minimal — just sell product.

Some of the test strips seemed to be bad as they show up as an error reading. I'm using an appropraite amount of blood and I make sure the test strip is inserted properly... This could get pricey.

I have tried to call to get help because I could not get an account set up. All I can do is order. No one will answer your phone--very disappointed. Especially since Dr. Sefried recommended you.

Each of the two times I have ordered from Keto-Mojo, there is a problem tracking the order and it takes a week longer to receive it. Also there insistence that they only return calls late in afternoons (on the east coast is just sill). I guess it saves money?

No mention of strips! There should have been AT LEAST ONE strip includedi n the kit(?) as well as at least ONE lancet (?)! Where is the QC? How do we know it is functioning properly? Disappointing.

I really wish that the strips weren't individually wrapped. Super wasteful and annoying to unwrap each time. Other than that, I'm happy with my purchase!

I don’t think the blood glucose reader is accurate. Fasting glucose of 130 then 128 etc….16 hour fast

Tested with another meter glucose off 20 points and can never get Bluetooth to connect always have to reconnect it

There seemed to be a breakdown in communication between customer service and shipping. I stated in several emails that I was interested in quicker delivery service. I had to wait More than a week to receive my order. That’s unheard of these days. So your next question on here is, “was your delivery on time?“ so my question would be on time according to who? I will have to answer this question with a resounding no. The other comment I need to make is that I was not told that I would need to purchase additional items for the calibration portion. I paid 20 bucks and find that I need other things. Not very happy about that either.

My first interaction with keto mojo was good but since receiving the product I have called and emailed twice asking for help with absolutely no response. I even asked to return the product since there is no customer service still did not receive a response.

I constantly have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get the monitor to sync with my monitor. It's very frustrating.

The device works great but 50 euros for a pack of strips is way too expensive. I wanted To return it but only read after that if it’s open, you can’t return it. I found a much cheaper version and works just as great.

The device only syncs randomly with my phone. I could try 10 times and nothing, then other random times it will work. Customer service told me to restart my phone every time, but that doesn't work either.
