“I am a beginner at this but the product seems very difficulty to use. There is no instruction on what we should be looking for and if our numbers are low what we should be doing to correct them. Give me specifics, step by step for the beginners to allow improvement of their ketones. It is very frustrating and I have stopped using it now. Wish I had never spent the money on it.”

“Initially I was impressed. Now after 2 months, I am looking for a more accurate meter. My glucose can vary by as much as 10 or more points with the *same* sample. I need something much more reliable and accurate. Further, I phoned the company three times and no one ever returned my call. Then, I emailed support. No help there, I wound up having to figure things out on my own on how to use the pre and post meal icons. However, they are meaningless because the designation does not show up in either app. Useless feature, or so it appears since no one was able or willing to explain to me how to incorporate it in the apps. Not impressed.”

“The struggle is real! Those single-wrapped Glucose and ketone tests are a nightmare to open. First, you don't know which side is up and down in order not to touch the actual test strip. Once you squeeze and press the Test stripe to one side you still can not open it. There is no carving/mark/perforation which would allow you to easily open it. I need to use a scissor, hoping not to destroy anything. Now comes the best part- getting the strip out of the packing.. just another issue trying to wiggle it out. Life was so much easier when these tests came in 1 container. This is an everyday struggle- Keto Mojo you can do better than this.”

“Hey guys! To be honest I tried to start on it, but was unsuccessful. I have cataracts and glaucoma and the letters in the package are so small that I couldn't read it. If there's a place where I can read those instructions and print them out bigger? I watched a video and thought I was doing it right but it did not work for me. Maybe I was inserting the strips incorrectly. After I give it, one more tries, I will review it and if not, I will have to give up and send it back. Please Help!”

“The strips are difficult to get out of the package and you never know which end will come out first. I'd rather be touching the end that goes into the machine as it falls out of the package vs. the blood collection end. Perhaps you could mark the package "open this end"? Also, I am floored that you cannot use the machine and store data between two people. Typically households do keto together and thus need to record two sets of numbers. Because of this, the app is completely useless to my husband and I as it jumbles up our data. We have to keep it separate in a spreadsheet that we created. Poor choice Keto-Mojo, poor choice.”

“The device is fine but the blue strips are very very expensive you can’t use the device without the blue strips, the brown goes with the blue. The device is not of 100% good.”

“First experience with your company after getting my meter and supplies was to report a problem with the provided lancing divice which quit working properly. I was told to contact Amazon as I had ordered the kit through them. It was your device, not Amazon's. Guess you don't stand by your products. I'm glad that I found an old lancing device which has been serving me well, in fact better than what was included in your kit. Then, I received (both reorders) sealed boxes of test strips only to find test strips of two and single ones. What am I to think? Pretty unprofessional. If you have partials, sell them at a discount so people know what they are getting. Just an idea. On the positive side, your apps work well and connect with my other apps to give a good analysis of my health.”

“Was offered 2 trade in upgrade invitations, (Dr. Boz and Keto Mojo) for $55. Tried to order and was not able to despite the receipt on-line for last purchased KetoMojo. I had to purchase another meter regular price.”

“Shipping was great, very fast. But when you order the end of January and get strips the expire in March it’s frustrating. I don’t test daily and they will be expired before I can use them up. And as expensive as they are it’s a waste of money”

“I ordered quite a few test strips and unfortunately they were set to expire in less time than I anticipate going through them for my use. I contacted Keto Mojo and sadly, I was told they can do nothing about it and by their judgement I should finish using my test strips. I just wanted to exchange a few boxes since the expiration was close timing. No help and response said the close expiriation date was a "healthy amount of time" to finish my test strips.”

“Connection to App via Bluetooth si slow and doesnt work sometimes the measuring differences of the ketosis is huge, once 0,9 once 1,3 it doesnt show me the gki after entering both glucose and ketones, why is that? pushing a button wont help, not very user friendly”

“I hate the ew way you are packaging the strips. First of all, I have to use a scissor to open the packaging. Its very annoying. Secondly its wasterful. I like the older way you had the strips. the unit 50% of the time is not syncing my information to my phone so some of my readings are GONE. Frankly this is a waste of money. I am asking for a refund. The OLD system was better”
