I love the monitor. My issue is I ordered an extra box of ketosis testing strips and a box of glucose testing strips. I received TWO boxes of keto testing strips. I emailed the company to correct your error and a week later I have no response. As a result, I have stopped fasting as I could not test my glucose and I had major symptoms of hypoglycemia. Not happy !

Lancer was defective, when reaching out for replacement or refund, I explained what was wrong. Wanted me to take a video of it not working? I’m not going to make a video with a device that is not working trying to get it to stab me. If it doesn’t poke me the right when I’m trying to use it I’m not going to keep messing with it. I’m not going to chance is to start randomly working or worse yet working but incorrectly. I’m not tripping over something that costs a couple bucks though, don’t have time for all that.

The delivery of the purchase was very quick. After that one is supposed to make use of the on-line videos in order to set up the device and get started. The videos are nice, but they are build in the way, in which one don’t have any opportunity to raise questions about the basic functionality of the device. At the end - there is no such a place, which address those basic customer questions. The very basic questions as: how do you reset your device; change an alarm settings; manage/delete your device-recorded measurements etc. I have to learn it through the my own try-and-fail experience that there is no such device functions and that should be done in a primitive way of getting the batteries out of the device and loosing all of its records! After experiencing that i understood that the way the customer support information is provided is constructed on purpose, in order for a customer not to be exposed to the “downsides” of the system right away. Moreover, the company is doing kind of review screening, where the customer is asked to write to the customer support before giving away any review, which is less than 5 stars. I did exactly that and have listed all the device and software troubles i have, in a letter to customer support and hold-on my review waiting for the answer. Needless to say that for around 2 weeks now i did not get any answer from the customer support.. As the luck of answer is the worse customer experience one can have, i am only willing to evaluate my overall customer experience as a 2 stars one.

I watched all the videos but still screwed up the test. Speaking to a customer service rep, he said he would get back to me but never did call

I think the product is very high quality, regardless, I think "all of a sudden" i realized I can't buy any more strips because my meter was discontinued. Since I like this product, I ordered the new glucometer several days ago. Surprice! I have not receive it yet. I guess it might be delivery. I see if I order this product again!

You should consider start selling on Amazon Europe. The delivery is slow and increases the strips prices compare to competitors’ prices. Even on other sites like Ketosources you can buy them with free shipping cost from a min order of 70€

After getting my new Keto mojo I had a couple of questions. When I called customer support you were busy and I had to leave my number for a call back. No one ever returned my call. I do not like that the glucose and ketone testing strips are individually packaged. It's kind of a hassle when testing.

I was excited to get my keto mojo but soon was disappointed how all over the place the glucose readings are. I have been doing glucose test one right after the other just seconds apart and I’m getting readings that are 9 points apart. I have been doing this everyday and consistently there is the problem of not knowing which test strip is accurate. The ketone trips seem to me much more consistent. I’m not sure how I can accurately assess whether something is elevating my blood sugar with this tool.

Product is great, customer service response or lack there of is horrible! Emailed CS about trading in a unit after I had purchased a new one and have yet to receive a response to my question.

I tried to tell you the glucose strips were way off and you explained me that they could be off by 20%. This makes them useless for me. 100 reading in the morning is healthy where as 120 is not.

I have used the original Keto-Mojo for over a year with no problem. I needed to order replacement strips. In the middle of the order process, I was notified that I could upgrade to the new style and save money. I would be required to mail back the old device or I would be charged full price. I was surprised that I received both the new device and strips, and the old strips. I was told that I should have actively cancel the order. I thought the replacement order was a replacement for the starting order, since the strips now were useless. Though I originally asked to return the unopened old strips for a refund, there was no response to that request. I went through the process of disabling the old device and enabling the new one. Then I tried to test m y ketone level with the new device. The strip did not take up blood. The second strip did not take up blood. I tried glucose strips. The first one took it up immediately. However, the reading was 130. I'm wearing a CGM which at the time read in the 80s. I tried to calibrate the new device using the calibration fluid included with the device. The strip would not take up the fluid. I'm using the old device.

Sorry I don't feel the meter is very accurate. Even using your test mixtures. Not sure customer service is that great either. Too many erroneous readings. Also I forgot to mention the new foil pouches that contain the test strips are very difficult to open.
