“All is ok, the delivery method to Poland is not acceptable. DHL uses Polish post service, which does not deliver to to home address and you need to go the the post office to pick up the parcel - improvement required”

“The shipping was acceptable and Device works as intended. I have had issues with some of the the ketone strips giving some sort of error/defective code when inserted into the device. I find this really annoying being 3X the cost of glucose strips to replace them. Also I am having issue with the dashboard app, maybe I will look for a tutorial video”

“I order in Spain and I think ( even for international transport) it takes much too long time! Up to 10 days before it arrive and difficult to see when it comes! Much too long!”

“I like the fact that I can check my ketones and my blood glucose, both with one meter. That is convenient and simple. The only problem I have is syncing the device to the app on my phone. That feature doesn't work well. not sure if it's my phone or the meter but it's annoying as hell because i've had to create manual entries as a work around.”

“It’s fine for what it does, but it doesn’t upload data to Apple health and when I tried to get support, it was impossible. No one is available to email with or chat or speak to. You are stuck in frequently asked questions which does no good for anyone.”
