Keto meter is not intuitive to set up. Has cheap plastic feel about it. Not overly overjoyed with it.

Didnt understand the instructiondsthat came with the electronic device, had to watch YouTube vídeos to understand. Delivery time longer than expected.

I have used Keto-Mojo for a long time (years). The new individual test strip packaging is hard to open and very inconvenient.

Using Keto-Moto takes the mystery out of tracking Ketones and Glucose. I had a learning curve when first using the equipment, but soon figured it out.

I just think $20, plus shipping!, for something that I really only need to use once - to make sure that the machine is working correctly - and expires so soon, to boot, is ridiculously expensive!

Over all the test strips are expensive and the red blood sugar strips often fail, showing an error reading on the monitor

Getting my results has been fine, so I have no issues with that. The top to the lancer does not stay on and if I hold it there and try to use the dial for the the point to come out, it does nothing. I don't use the top. I just jab myself

I am not happy with calibration- lot number checks and or codes can't match. The case does not organize things well. It is complex to set up -

I find wild variation in glucose readings taken within minutes of each other. I have had too many keto strips unable to 'sip' or give an error when first inserted. How is quality control done?

Our initial order was misdelivered. We emailed to KM absolute proof of that fact. Albeit the fault clearly was USPS, as agent for DHL which in turn is the agent for KM. To us the responsibility fell to KM for our considerable inconvenience and extra expenses incurred. Albeit KM was courteous & quick to respond, we nonetheless had to "work our butts off" to KM to get fair consideration for our wasted time and EXPENSE. KM did send an extra box of glucose strips, which never even covered our time & energy wasted "pleading our case" to KM to at keast double our replacement order as partial compensation. It was the principle. In addition to our wasted time in our several emails to KM we were out of test strips whereby the delay caused us to get tested at Quest Diagnostics. We have the receipts. That cost alone exceeded the cost of our KM order. #1: We are a long time high useage customer, usualy thru Amazon. Even if AMZN had misdeliverred they would have replaced by the next day, hence no Quest lab costs to us. We did not do a very low rating on KM on line, but we should. On principle KM still needs to at least send us double our order to make it right - "penny wise pound foolish". So now I gave KM another 1/2 hr. of my valuable time in this survey. Wow how dumb am I ! Simply screwed by KM, Thanks?

The products overall work great. Massive amounts of information on their website. I'm a little disappointed in customer service. I’ve had issues registering for the warranty so I emailed customer service. That was about two weeks ago with no reply. Big red flag with me. Still no reply at the time of this review.

Glucose number is way off from my other monitor and my dexcom. Why? Was great a first but now I can't even use it because it is so off.

My issue is I wish you would sell the glucose test strips on Amazon. I don't like paying for shipping.

I believe the keto range to be too vast. I am always in the no or very low keto zone, even after a 6 mile run.

Ketone packs are very expensive to keep up with the journey of counting & logs in order to pick the best recipes
