“Came with no explanation on how to use. I had to research and found a guy who calls himself keto mojo guy explain on you tube. So, not a great experience.”

“The product works and is reliable. The company itself seems to be stuck in time. Sadly, a long time ago. They don't seem to innovate their field of business and just ride out the success. Strips should be cheaper by now, the device should evolve with the times. The software is solid, but it offers nothing but showing readings. Even the "statistics" are basically useless. There is no granular export for the data, only all of it. This company should have reinvested money into owning the entire production chain. It's not like ketones are going away, so invest in the future and make the procedure better. The second someone comes out with a more modern solution, that's the second I'd abandon ketomojo. This is all about testing and hardware. I do not care about any of the other lifestyle stuff. Recipes and all that.”

“Keto-Mojo gave me a coupon for the test strips and when I needed more test strips I ordered them from Keto-Mojo I eventually got my product but I was very disappointed with there shipping policy and the length of time it took to get the product.”

“My order didn't arrive at my address, support emails where very slow to respond to my queries & unhelpful . When I asked about chasing the order with the courier, they responded with "Please see tracking info in the link below" I ALREADY HAD THE LINK! This is hardly helpful. At this point I sent an email to the Customer service director & then got a very helpful email and got another item shipped & received. I know this problem was out of your control, but they could have helped more by chasing the delay with the courier company.”

“Test strips are "too expensive" to use regularly, and might be considered "cost prohibiting" over the life of a ketone diet. Since I am using that diet to address Type II Diabetes without prescription medication, it's disconcerting that Medicare covers blood glucose devices, lancets and test strips, but not ketone.”

“The main issue I have is that some of the test strips seem to be defective. The blood does not flow into the test strips always and I have to open another strip and even poke my finger again. Not sure if others are having this problem. Also the lancet doesnt always seem to poke deep enough at times even though I try to keep it at a 3 most of the time. Lately, Ive had to put it at a 4. Otherwise the keto-mojo itself seems to be working correctly.”

“When I contacted you and told you my order was short.You told me to lay on everything out on the table and take a picture of it so it could be counted. In my opinion opinion this does not make any sense. What's to keep someone from keeping several pieces out of sight. just keeping a a few pieces out of sight”

“The device works ok, but the instructions could be improved. Supplies are on the expensive side. I feel like they force you to buy the big package deal to get a better price when all of the extra items are not needed. Would I buy it again if it stopped working, definitely a NO. When I use up the supplies that I have already purchased, I will be buying a different brand meter.”

“Good product but ketone strips are away too expensive. Price increased when checking out for some reason and that wasn't including shipping and vat. So that's the reason I only gave 3 stars.”
