“My only comment is to tell you I wish you would offer a choice in the older test strips that are not individual wrappings. My husband is 82 and every time he tests his blood sugars he gets so frustrated because he can’t open the pkg. not an easy task.”

“The glucose monitor works well. The glucose strips and lancing needles are comparatively inexpensive. However, despite numerous attempts I have been unable to create and log into a 'my health's count and the cost of keto strips is exorbitant.”

“The device is convenient and pretty easy to use. However, sometimes it takes a few hours to sync the data, sometimes one day. A more annoying appearance is asking you to buy more testing strips and don’t sync.”

“I did not receive my product in a timely manner. I ordered it 2 weeks in advance to leaving town. The day of my depature it still had not arrived. I do not know if I received it has I had to leave.”

“The glucometer works well but the glucose strips are cost-prohibitive. I wish you could buy them alone (just glucose strips, not ketone) and the bundle/free shipping cost was lower. Still looking for a more affordable brand.”

“I’m not sure the meter and or strips are accurate at times. If I feel like I should have lower glucose or higher ketone readings with what I’m eating or not eating, I take a 2nd and at times a 3rd reading and the readings can be very different. Ketone readings are closer to each other but glucose could be off by 20 I’ve seen. This is only 3-5 minute readings from one another.”

“I am having a hard time with the reader. I find it difficult to push the button to eject the strip and having to do two of the strips while keeping my blood drop from getting all over stuff - cause I am using one hand. Has no one said anything about the button and using one hand?”

“My monitor wasn't working, so I reached out to you and didn't hear back for weeks. I called. Nothing. I emailed. Nothing. I called again. Nothing. Someone did email back at some point but they didn't address my issue at all. I called again. I emailed again. Finally someone did email back with instructions and I was able to resolve my issue and was sent a brand new kit! Which I was very happy with! It just took months for me to resolve it!”

“Machine is good and gives accurate results, however the strips in the blister packs are somewhat intermittent in performance due to damage to the strips that is caused during opening of them.. they cost a small fortune and should be more reliable and or better packaging that doesn’t get damaged during opening.. too many E 1 errors for comfort and value.. please redesign this for future generations and older users alike..”
