“The videos do not explain why the lancet pen does not penetrate my scum even at the 5 setting. I find it difficult to believe that three separate fingers on my left hand are all that tough”

“My only problem is the strip doesn’t suck my blood up so easily, didn’t have this problem with the keto BM strips, my only problem with that device is if I get over five. It just tells me that I’m high I’d like to know how much millimoles I am at. I’ve wasted a lot of KM strips. Everything else is excellent.”

“The device pairs with my phone which is great. I do have a hard time getting a reading for both glucose and ketones in the same session. One will work instantly but when I change strips the other doesn’t give me a reading.”

“The strips in the black case all cause an error code of E-3. I tried one from the box and it worked. But that’s a rip off as strips are expensive.”

“I've certainly been more pleased with other devices I've used in the past. Opening the test strip packets is WAY more difficult than it need be. And it took me QUITE a while to figure out which side to open so that I wasn't having to touch the side where the blood goes! Not being able to order the testing strips on Amazon made ordering just glucose testing strips quite expensive once I stopped trying to maintain ketosis. I also found that the device was inconsistent in how much blood would be needed for it to register, which led to multiple pricks and testing strips some days just to get one reading. For me the online recipes were somewhat useless as I have nightshade and dairy intolerance--too many of the recipes include dairy (seems to be a primary staple for most people on keto diets). But that's not your fault, just food for thought. Moral of the story is that I would not recommend your device to anyone looking for a glucose/ketone monitor. I've had a much more easier and cheaper experience with other monitors.”

“Great products and essential for people following a Keto diet. My last re-supply of test strips arrived, exactly as promised, but the glucose strips were all separated. Instead of being on sheets of 5 there were multiple sheets of 2 strips. They didn't appear to be damaged, and were not expired. For products that involve blood and body fluids I wasn't expecting this. It's the only reason I am not giving 5 stars and I'm sure customer service would resolve ASAP if I called (I have called them before and they were outstanding!).”

“I just reported that, after buying glucose strips many times, one of the three boxes I ordered was short by four pieces. Also, what made me count was that rather than full strips of five, there were strips of 2 and 3 in all of the boxes. The representative wanted me to lay all 3 boxes out and photograph them so they could be counted! Already spent time counting and then writing to explain. She explained that they had to ask for videos to troubleshoot??? Anyway, just dropped it and didn't accept a refund.”

“I was accostomed to Accu-check mobile for glucose measurement ... there is from 10 to 15% difference in value results between keto-mojo and accu-check mobile... anyway, in the future i'd a news version of keto-mojo with no single use disposables system but a rolling system like accu check mobile ...thank you”

“The strips are impossible to open up. I have to use scissors to open them. Now I', taking them on a flight of which I cant take scissors on as plane. SDo I had to cut open 14 of them in advance for two weeks. Not convienient at all. Really would like to get loose strips. Lynne Kristiansen”

“I just got my new keto mojo because the first one I purchased a few years ago is obsolete. I could not buy strips to go in it, so I was forced to purchase the NEW device. I am happy with it, just the cost of the test strips are a bit to swallow. If you did all that the instructions tell you to do, you will use up your test strips fast. At $1 a strip, I will spend up to $6 a day for testing. I hope Keto-Mojo comes up with a device that can be placed on the skin and just use an app to see where your blood glucose, ketones both are.”
