The reponses to my issues were accepable and no problem. The problem's are; 1. How to use meter should be fine tuned and written so a really new person (who I was) is able to easiy move from step to step without confusion. The videos should zoom in on the parts of the meter and Lancing device being discussed ... the video does not do this. ( I have extensive experience in writing really simple instructions to lay people for them to understand how to dispatch medical emergencies at a medical answering service ) I've found that the people that are the experts in using equipment should not be writing the how to use it manual. 2. When I finally figured out how to use the meter after about 5 times of trial and error I noticed that the meter does not measure the Gluecose and Ketones the same. To get the GKI index you have to convert the meter's Gluecose mg/dl to mmol/L a real pain if you don't use the app. This is a serious flaw and should be looked into.

Good sales on the device but just so you can ALWAYS pay full price for everything else you need to use it. no sales ever on strips or testing fluid, not even on black Friday/cyber Monday. Should have some programs to help make things more affordable for disabled people on a low fixed income. Shipping usually takes too long. Everything else is great but you really need to do something to make it more affordable for those that need it, even if it's periodic sales so we can stock up then (most people that can afford it will still buy at full price whenever they need it) I can't test myself nearly as much as needed because of the price. I know your a company trying to make money but I want to believe the company started with the goal of helping people get healthier. I think it would be a real good look for your company if you made some program for disabled and poor people to save some money.

I like the device, it seems very accurate However I ordered glucose strips about 2 weeks ago from your website and I’m still waiting. That doesn’t work for me Why can’t we order just the glucose strips off of Amazon?? Also, the packaging of the strips is difficult to open. Of course it’s just a tear open but it’s tough.

Being able to buy affordable glucose strips directly is great. Not so much for the Keto test strips.

Nice unit, but I really didn't like the fact that I was "forced" to upgrade from the old unit which was adequate for my use. I also far prefer the old plastic container for the strips than the new individual foil wrapped strips.

The monitor works fine. My only complaint is a large one. The package that the strip comes in is very hard to open without scissors. For the price of the strips they could at least provide a slit so you can tear open the packet.

I rated Keto-Mojo 3 Stars or basically "acceptable" as a balance bewteen the product i purchased, the GK+ meter and it's customer support/service degree of service. The product i'd give 5 stars. It's good, the customer support well, one star would be a kindness, but their lack of response to my issue is disturbing. I was promised a reply and that has not happened. Most everything has been great, however after using the Lancing device it no longer worked and had to order the Advanced Lancing device. Suggested to Support include the better device within the kits.

I do not like my new device. I LOVED my old device and y’all eliminated it. Now I have individual packets that are more difficult to get into, strips that are smaller and harder to handle, and a machine that needs to reset with a red liquid - and it’s already not giving out correct readings. I’m extremely disappointed.
