“The Keto-Mojo has been easy to use but my latest reading hasn't shown up on the meter when I entered the data manually and it hasn't synced with the meter from my phone. It hasn't be easy to look up why or what to do about it without sending a mesage.”

“The products are oké. The delivery by GLS was an adventure… Your references: Zendinginformatie Pakketnummer: 61610147929204 Referentie afzender: 54737805C1 Afzender: Keto Mojo Haelen On friday 15-03-2024 I got from GLS an e-mail that pavane was delivered to naburen without details! Next monday 18 march I cycled to the GLS DEPOT in Zwolle to complain and ask where the package was? In the afternoon it was delivered in the elevator without PERSONAL contact. Please use another agent DHL, Post-NL or UPS. Hopefully better next time. Kind Regards, Harrie”

“The device has a little "Made in China for 50 cents" vibe to it. Sometimes the buttons work, sometimes they don't, sometimes one press activates two button pushes. Still, overall it's a good device and useful for tracking ketones and blood glucose.”

“A great product. It makes tracking ketones and glucose simple. My only suggestion is to give an option for delivery. FedEx is not the best company for "small businesses". Their delivery problems are notorious. When I ordered ketone and glucose test strips they arrived but the box look like it had been played with by a rabid dog and a street cat. I don't blame the company, but had this been a Keto-Mojo meter it would have been damaged on delivery and would be a cost to the company do to no fault of their own.”

I bought at the right company.. Sorry for not having given feedback on your last shipment. Today I can't help you with Feedback.. It still needs a more time. I am exceptionally busy at work and was not able to start my keto mojo Kit, as I like to make my own test schedule.. I'm really excited about the first results. “It's been about 3 years now using keto mojo glucose test strips and ordering has always been easy. There was only one period where 2 orders got lost, but that was due to the post office. While the company would like a rating of superlative (5), the best I can give it is very good (4). It is a good product, easy to order and gets there when you need it.”

“The 1st time I used the Keto Mojo I got the same reading from each strip. This caused me to waste more strips to no evail. Thinking that my device was defective, I paused, read, and watched YT videos. Prior to a possible return/refund I tried again and the readings worked correctly (whew). Now, everything seems to be working properly.”

“This monitor is very user-friendly! I like the immediate gki calculation. I also like the option to add notes to my readings. I’ll say it again very easy to use! Lifetime guarantee says a lot about the company’s confidence in the quality of their product. The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars is that a blinking apple & apple core icon showed up on my screen after one of my higher readings & I can’t find what that means. I even looked on the self-help videos & through the app.”

“Love the product but wish: 1. They had a single button press for "Order Again" 2. Made it easier to open the test strip packages - think bandaides with the split top or small bags of peanuts with the little slit that makes it easy to open.”
