“Very good, works well, has a few quirks. It wobbles when using the on/off button with one hand because of the placement of the bottom studs too far up. Buttons could be more positve, they're a bit soft. The new size of the test strips makes them even more difficult to tear open than before and that was difficult enough. an older weak handed user would need scissors, maybe serrations like the ones that join the strips would be good as they are easy to separate. "view test results" heading----- the user manual needs changed. the 7, 14 and 30 day average procedure just doesn;t happen, well not on the 2 meters I've had, it just switches off! Small things, I know, but would just make it more ergonomic and slick. However, despite all that, it's a good piece of kit and does the job it's meant for and the service is good too, these are just potential tweaks. best, Rob”

“Get device great app I did send an email saying strips were a bit pricey you replied and said it’s all about the quality that’s fine but you sell your lancets at about at about £10 a pack when you can buy generic compatible lancets for half the price? Kind regards Brandon king”

“The price has increased..? In nov 24 a pack ( ket / glu ) was 60 € and in Jun 25 70€! That s a lot too much for a product already quite pricey. Apart from that, they respond to your issues. Thank you.”

“I had very confusing (very high) GKI readings, which contradicted my expectations because I am on a strict carnivore diet with 24-hour fasting twice a week (I have recently been re-diagnosed with cancer and am following the recommendations of Dr. Seyfried). I contacted the Keto-Mojo support team for advice and they were extremely thorough in checking the accuracy of my meter readings and eventually even offering to replace the meter and test strips to reassure me. I don't know if the support was AI or real people but it was fantastic service.”

“Excellent app. However, Difficult to integrate an extended fast greater than 18 hours as app reminds me that I have not eaten meals which I know already. The calorie per meal options is great either via meal item look up or photo is really amazing. I am not interested in the food delivery option which appears to be an integral part of paid version. Prefer the the free App version. The remaining questions on this form is all food delivery which I did not use.”

“The program and meters are great along with all the help and guidance on all levels. Well done! The only negative opbervation is the syncing of the app to the meter, it takes a few tries before it syncs. Minor detail in comparison to all the great stuff you offer and really work. Thanks!”
