“I am happy with my purchase. It is important to know my levels. It is hard to open the test strips. I am getting better at that. I hope my mojo was registered. I had a really hard time trying to do that.”

“I like the product. The app is not the best so I use my own tracker. I would suggest that u have a bundle for ketone straps, BG straps and lancets in the same quantity. Ex 60, 60, 60+ It's frustrating to buy a kit and u have to also buy additional lancets for example. But I guess that's cuz ur marketing/sales focused like everyone else.”

“The videos for using the product could use a little enhancement. The video should have instructions on best practices for opening the testing strips or using the finger lance. Some of this may be common sense, but some of it needs to be talked about. For example, loading the lance tool, it was initially cumbersome to remove the cap. I figured it out quickly enough, but i could have easily broken it. Twisting the lance top you have to be careful not to bend it. After the first try, i got it. Maybe separate instructional videos can be made for those needing help with a specific part of the testing process.”

“I love the product. I love the device. I am pleasantly surprised with the new strips packaging, it's far superior to the older one. Nevertheless, I can't help but feel the strips are way overpriced. Also, the MojoHealth app is a downgrade from the older app. It's all Web based and don't know, kinda clunky.”

“I 've been experiencing an issue with Keto-Mojo. It is not syncing properly with my phone and each time I use it, I have to reset it to get it to work. Sometimes I have to put the numbe in the App myself , since the syncing can not be completed.”

“Bought your promo bundle with extra test strips. Forgot to buy extra lancets. Last I checked they were out of stock. Product seems to work very well. Have been clean keto / real whole food for last month and 20 days with 2 meals a day and intermitent fasting and some calorie defecit and walking. Am down 30 LBS from 380 LBS. With the help of your ketone/glucose meter I now know I am getting daily ketone readings in a range of .8 to 1.8. Thanks.”

“I will say that these strips are easier to open but with that being said, they could be easier..I still like the vial (bottle) and I don't think it would really make that much of a difference. At least give us the option. that's the only reason I don't give a 5”

“The Product is good. The meter is relatively easy to use. The app could use some work, in particular its ability to sync with the Apple Health app and its export feature. But if you just want to check your glucose, keto and ketosis numbers, it works great. Just don't expect it to consistently sync to Apple Health. Or, if you're a numbers person, exporting your stats to Excel is frustrating.”

“I have used this for a few months but seem to have issues with the device downloading the info correctly to the app. I often have to repeat the process which takes a long time!”

“The first meter that I received from Amazon was defective. I reached out to Keto-Mojo and after some extensive verification of the defect I was given a replacement that is currently working. The customer service team was polite and professional and, after deliberation, were very responsive. Satisfied.”
