“The strip package is way easier to open now. The capillary action of the strip could be a little bit better at drawing in the blood sample. Other than that everything was fine.”

“The machine is great itself, but didn’t always work for me personally as my blood circulation is slow and I have Reynaulds syndrome, so often couldn’t get a reading due to not being able to get a sufficient blood sample.”

“I use the meter to read my Keytones. Great meter. Only not perfect item is the strip packets. The strip package is very difficult to open. Normally need scissors to open.”

“I’m enjoying the Keto-Mojo meter I got. It is fairly simple to use. However, there are a few things I’d change. 1. Make it so the device doesn’t turn on while being zipped into the case because the big front button gets pushed. 2. Make the new readings automatically sync to the app rather than manually. 3. Provide more ways to customize how you see info on your dashboard. I would prefer to see more of my readings on the screen at one time rather than big graphics where I have to scroll a lot. Bonus if I can filter the information by my tags or time of day. 4. Package the strips differently, like in a round container for glucose and a round container for ketone, to make them less tedious to use.”

“I love love lover my device. It helps me stay on track so well. While I do like the new smaller packaging of the glucose and ketone test strips, it is difficult to get the strips out of the foil packaging without touching them in the wrong places. I have taken to cutting my own tear cuts on the side of the foil to make it much easier to manage. If they were as easy to open out of the package as the previous, larger, versions, I would give y'all a 5 star rating.”

“good experience apart from the shipping time. I am also put off by the cookie policy with no way, that I could find, to choose to opt out of tracking or targeting. I am pleased with the support in the keto diet with a lot of good information.”

“The help I received was Excellent but I do not like the packing. They are difficult to open as are the ones I get from Amazon. Both it is easiest to cut open with scissors but your packaging is very narrow so it makes it hard to cut and sometimes I cut the stick inside. Amazon's packaging is wider making it much easier to cut open with the scissors and I've never cut the actual stick inside. Thank You very much.”

“Was a little disappointed this shipment. 4 glucose strips in a row were bad...likevit was clogged up. The blood would not go down and register. I've been using your products for a few years now and never ever has 4 bad ones in a row! These are expensive and hope this does not continue.”
