“I think the product I received was fine. But I think now the Keto-Mojo now has Bluetooth issues. It does not seem to work. It's not my phone, other Bluetooth devices connect fine, but the Keto-Mojo just stopped working.”

“I had never kept track of my glucose or ketones before. The Keto Mojo has made this process very easy. I'm still struggling to eject the used test strips without losing my grip on the device, but aside from that, I love it!”

“Easy and convenient way to track my blood sugar and ketones. App can be improved by (1) having working option to keep me signed in for more timely data sync and (2) keep default setting for sugar measurement (i.e. mmol/l to mg/dl). I have to change it each time I sign in.”

“I don’t like the foil wrapped test sticks. To hard to tear open. I liked the ones that were in the small canister. Just a small complaint, I do like being able to see how I’m doing.”

“I had the original keto-mojo and it helped me a lot in my initial journey. As we all know they stopped making the original test strips so I was unable to purchase replacements. It has been several years and I wanted to ensure my stats are where they should be. So, I purchased a new meter. My biggest gripe is that the new meter doesn't provide you with the additional blood information that the original did. The individually packaged strips are somewhat of an upgrade. I only say this because I have difficulty opening and removing the strips at times. All and all I would recommend the meter for those changing their lifestyle and those that feel like they may be backsliding. I am happy with my purchase so far.”

“The KetoMojo device and strips I would give 4.5 Stars. The loss of a half star is simply because I find opening the packaging countaining the strips more difficult than it needs to be. Where I am disappointed is the App. I find it too limited and too rigid. I wish I could do more of what I want with it instead of having the App's designers telling me what to do. I don't agree with the necessity of owning two readers for my wife and me - BUT Keto Mojo discourages this. As a result you cannot pair the reader with two separate users. This is just one of the rigid limitations of the App that leads me to rate it to 2 Stars at best. Other than that, it is a quality device, with what appears excellent service.”

“I really love using this meter, but the syncing with the app is not smooth. Especially using two meters. I’ve taken off my fitbit to see if that’s helpful, then I have to move them away from each other in order to get the sync completed. I also love having all the data it gives me. One issue I don’t like is I can’t get it to measure DBR instead of GKI. I know some have been able to change this function, but I can’t find it. And finally, sometimes the ketone strip doesn’t pull up the blood and I have to open another strip and risk losing the available blood drop. All in all, it’s great except for a few details that I’m hoping you’ll be able to fix.”

“The product is outstanding. My only complaint is that when I ordered extra tests I forgot to order lancets. I immediately wrote and asked that they be included in the order so I wouldn’t have to pay extra shipping amd got back a stick answer directing me where to order them. Not great customer service.”
