“The ordering process was easy but I'm more frustrated with myself because I ordered the Glucose & Ketone strips separately and that cost me significantly more money then buying then together like i had previously done. It would been nice to have a pop up or something for savings but then Keto Mojo would make less $. The delivery was early & perfect.”

“This is my second purchase of the meter. And I've purchased many testing streps. My first one just the screen stopped working,then it wouldn't read anymore. It is obvious I like the meter and app. Easy to use. This new one is the same one. I hope it last longer due to the price of it all.”

“I really enjoy using KM. Only issue is lately say over last month the KM keeps turning it self on & beeps. It will be in the case & zipped up. Nothing laying on top of it. It just turns on & beeps.”

“First order got lost somewhere in the handoff from DHL and USPS. I already emailed customer service and they are sending replacements but they haven’t arrived yet.”

“The product is amazing, super user friendly, and easy to use. My main feedback would be connectivity errors happening between the device and the app. It has often glitches, not showing up as a device under Bluetooth and resulting in the results bulk uploaded after several days. Otherwise, it's been great!”

“The order was prompt and the product so far appears excellent. The only reasons not to give a 5* review are: i. expensive to measure regular working out at around £1 per time to do both keto and gluco tests and at first (and at other times) I may want to do several tests per day.... ii. only one colour, white which is a shame because I had to order two machines because.... iii. you can not set up more than one user per machine so that increases the expense further.”

“It would be nice if shipping were a little faster. I will need to take care and order sufficiently in advance to not run out of supplies. Otherwise it was a fine ordering experience and I got exactly what I wanted.”

“The machine is easy to use. I just wish the strips were easier to open up. I use a regular blood glucose monitor and the strips come in a plastic vial. I have use scissors to open the individual test strips.”
