“I was surprised to find a higher price at the end of the purchasing process, I would recommend adding local taxation factors earlier in the process because otherwise you probably lose clients that try to figure out why they are being charged more than the ticket price”

“I am grateful for this device and the app that comes with it. I’m am finding it hard, though, I get the Test strips out of their package time after time. Wish there were another way of packaging for ease. The portable zip carrying bag is handy fit in the go.”

“The app frequently fails to sync and crashes at least once a day, then I need to enter my info manually. There should be clearer guidance on when to start the app and take the blood samples. For example do I start the app first or start the reader? Not timing it right results in using more strips which is a waste as they are not cheap.”

“Although the customer representative was helpful in the end via online chat. It seemed like there was a lag in response time. Also, when providing some data points for me, he made a typo error which I caught and then had to clarify with him.”

“I like my Keto-Mojo very much. The handling is easy, except opening the bloodshugar- and ketosticks for measuring is too complicated. I would also like to have all contacts and ordering in german language. If you like to sell in europe, it would be nice to have devisions in all languagues where it‘s purchased. That would be more convenient for the customers.”

“Everything was terrific but I wish you had prompts for an item that goes together. I bought the starter then realized I’d need more testing strips but the little packets of lancets looked like a lot so I didn’t order them. A prompt would have been a time saver.”
