The difficulty I encountered was with the meter itself that arrived with dead batteries. I had some new batteries I could replace them with, so it wasn’t a problem. My only other comment is regarding the case provided for the strips and the meter - it really needs a zipper pocket to organize the extra strips and lances. As it is, they fall out when I try to use the meter.
