Shipping is dead slow. Ordered strip combo pack. It is shipped from Salt Lake City. I live about 192 miles south of SLC. You sent my strips to Whittier, California. From there, it seems to have gone by slow boat to North Korea. It eventually arrived almost two weeks after ordering. I'm old and not in great shape, but I think I could have walked there and back faster. Meter is moody about syncing to the app. I follow the destructions carefully. Sometimes it works. Often I have to manually enter the results. No bueno. Yes the meter is on before I tap Sync. No, there are no test strips in the meter. Yes the the meter is less than one inch from the phone. No, there is no excuse for such poor performance.
