“Polecam, przesyłka dotarła, wszystko zgodnie z zamówieniem. Miałam mały problem z paczką, ale napisałam do działu obsługi. Pomoc uzyskałam bardzo szybko i wszystko przyszło bez zastrzeżeń. Bardzo polecam Keto Mojo i pozdrawiam cały personel. (Przesyłkę zamawiałam do Polski.) Kasia Google translate :) : I recommend it. The package arrived promptly, everything was as ordered. I had a small problem with the package, but I contacted the customer service department. I received help very quickly, and everything arrived without any issues. “My glucose/ketone meter arrived right on given time. After setting meter up, I was ready to go. However the meter did not read glucose strips. I contacted company and they were very helpful. Sent me out a new meter. No fuss, all is working. Great customer service”

“The meter has been updated so I purchased a new meter along with a supply of testing strips. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, with a video reinforcing the written instructions. The test results are fully accurate and easy to understand. They are a great aid in finding out the effect of different foods on my ketones and glucose. I recommend the product for anyone on a ketogenic diet.”

“I've been pleased with the tool, only one strip failed to work and usually the system is quick and easy to use. // I coincidentally had a continuous glucose meter working for my first week with the KM device, and the two systems did not agree most of the time by 10 and sometimes up to 37 points. They only were within 5 points on 2 of the 14 samples where I recorded both scores. Repeatability was suspect, but I don't know if I should question the CGM or KM. // I had to ask for customer assistance to help with the registration process, but that went well. So far, I'd recommend it. Will try another CGM and see what that says.”

“At least three of the test strips have come back with either E4 or E2 error. It's really frustrating with as much as these costs that I am wasting them when I'm trying to test.”

“I love my Keto mojo meter and the ease of using the app. I had an issue with the delivery the package was lost. After 3 business days they sent me another. They're customer service was excellent. Ist time courier lost package second time was postal deliveref and no issue.”
