“They were excellent in providing a new Keto-Mojo monitor when mine was giving numerous error messages making it almost impossible to complete measurements. After providing a video of the process I was following and the resulting error message, and verifying my identity and mailing address, the company promptly sent me a replacement monitor that appears to work fine.”
