“They replaced my machine quickly. I emailed them my receipt, photos, and an explanation of the issue (and what troubleshooting steps I'd already tried). Within 24 hours (might've even been much faster than that), they replied that they'd be replacing the machine, which they did within a few days. No lengthy back and forth needed. My only "issue" with this company is that the replacements strips are soooooo expensive. I'm testing for medical reasons, and it's prohibitively expensive for me to test daily like I used to. Now I use a breath ketone analyzer and urine test strips to get a "ball park" value and reserve the KetoMojo for iffy days. Hopefully as the company grows they can ease up on the strips pricing. I love this machine though, and the top-notch app. If I could afford it, I'd use this device EVERY DAY and not bother with my others. And that's saying a lot considering that this one requires blood and my others only use urine or breath. (Btw, the KetoMojo lancets are waaaaaay less painful than the cheaper ones I buy elsewhere - even though they're the SAME gauge.)”

“After comparing several current brands, it was the advice from Dr. Boz (Annette Bosworth, MD) on YouTube that ultimately pointed me to Keto-Mojo. During her live broadcasts, everyone uses Keto-Mojo and posts their results in real time. That is hundreds of examples showing the device works, and my personal experience matches what I’ve seen from others. That said, the instructions were difficult to follow. They seem to be written from the perspective of someone who already fully understands how the unit works, so some steps that weren’t obvious to me were taken for granted. I had to work through several problems and repeat the setup steps multiple times before everything finally clicked. Once I got past that, the Keto-Mojo works like a charm. Readings are quick, consistent, and upload to my iPhone within seconds. Any connection issues I had were related to my home Wi-Fi, not the unit itself. I really hope Keto-Mojo updates their instructions. I followed them exactly, and it still did not work at first. That’s a problem. But once everything is set up properly, the device itself performs very well.”

“The shipping was acceptable and Device works as intended. I have had issues with some of the the ketone strips giving some sort of error/defective code when inserted into the device. I find this really annoying being 3X the cost of glucose strips to replace them. Also I am having issue with the dashboard app, maybe I will look for a tutorial video”

“While the ketone measurments are likely accurate, you blew it big time on the glucose measurements which (after cross checking with Freestyle freedom lite) were off by 20 30 points. I used GrokAI and here is what they said about this: Yeah, the Keto-Mojo (especially the GK+ model) is known from user reports to sometimes read glucose twenty to thirty mg/dL higher than more accurate meters like Contour Next. It’s not usually a full malfunction, but it does tend to run on the high side for some people. First, double-check basics: wash and dry hands thoroughly, don’t squeeze the finger too hard, make sure strips aren’t expired or stored in heat/humidity. If it’s still consistently very high compared to another meter or how you feel, grab some control solution from their site and test it—that’ll tell you if the meter/strips are off. Contact Keto-Mojo support too; they’re pretty good about replacements if it’s out of spec.”
