“Ordered a replacement meter through the app. No issues finding and ordering the meter. Did have to reach out to support for help registering the mete as the app won’t let me do that. Support was quick and efficient in getting my meter registered.”

“I have found the meter and test strips easy to use, except for getting them out of the foil packet. I wish they could come in a tube like (some?) glucose test strips do. The app was a challenge at first, but we seem to be getting along fine now.”

The delivery by GLS was an adventure… Your references: Zendinginformatie Pakketnummer: 61610147929204 Referentie afzender: 54737805C1 Afzender: Keto Mojo Haelen On friday 15-03-2024 I got from GLS an e-mail that pavane was delivered to naburen without details! Next monday 18 march I cycled to the GLS DEPOT in Zwolle to complain and ask where the package was? In the afternoon it was delivered in the elevator without PERSONAL contact. Please use another agent DHL, Post-NL or UPS. Hopefully better next time. Kind Regards, Harrie”
