“I have been trying to use the practitioner portal, and I have clients who have accepted and are in my group, but I cannot see their information. Attempts to reach out to support and follow their instructions have not panned out. I have asked my followers/clients to purchase your product so they can look at their graphs and stats with me, but I can't follow through. This feature isn't a feature if it doesn't work and wastes clients' and my time.”
