“Last year I decided to do the keto diet, after hearing about ketos additional potential health benefits and the weight loss as well I was all in. I needed a weigh to track what I could maintain ketosis and also keep me motivated. When I started hitting ketosis I was thrilled, I was basically a fat powered person and not glucose powered. It was the small weight loses I needed, the real fat loss. After one year I have lost 25 kg and at 40 I’m starting to get my 6 pack through. I am now a firm believer weight loss and lifestyle come from disciple, not tricking you appetite with the GLP agonist fat jabs. Everyone should be able to put themselves into ketosis and create true metabolic flexibility for a longer and healthier life.
