“I did not get the Set because of your automated application with my phone number. It was shipped to Texas where my phone is billed to. I would appreciate if you would take that off my account and use my Hawaii address only! My friend put return to sender on the package that he got from you and hopefully you will refund me when you receive that package back. It would have been nice to get the test set but oh well. I just ordered the blood and Keto strips which came pretty fast. I was surprised thanks for that.”
