“First customer support experience so far using the keto mojo. I had about ten blue ketone strips register E-1 error codes in the mojo. Contacted support about it and they responded within a day. They immediately put in a free replacement box that I received a few days later. Great support and in all other ways the mojo has also been fantastic. Can't see myself not using it for many years to come. A+”

“Purchasing experience was smooth. The meter seems to be good tech. Sampling strips fiddly and a bit short for reliable handling without touching the sensitive ends, and I don't have big fingers. Quite tricky to extract them from the wrappers as well. Still getting used to it and have yet to try it with the app. I can't get enough blood to emerge pricking the side of my fingers which is what is recommended. I'm new to this sort of thing so perhaps a tad critical. I'm interested in reading my ketones and believe it is reflecting how I'm eating and most probably accurate but I've got nothing too compare it against.”

“I ordered this product at the suggestion of friends who also use it. I was nervous at first that I wouldn't do it correctly but I found the instructions to be clear & easy to follow. The device itself was easy to use as well as sync to my phone & the readings provide me the information I need in a clear way. I appreciate that it gives you the numbers for glucose & ketones but also tells you if you're in ketosis. I'm very new to all of this, so I like that I'm not having to sort that out for myself. I also thought the finger stick would be much worse & it's really no big deal at all! Thank you for creating an accessible tool to help me on my health journey.”
