You offered to replace my unit with your new unit when I contacted you about wide glucose readings (within same seconds) with my "old" unit. I wanted to understand why the flucuations were happening, but never received a response to that question - only a thorough reviewing of past readings followed by the offer on the new unit. I'm one of those that likes to understand "why" so I was disappointed not to receive any response as to why the ketone readings would be consistent but not glucose. Possible the strips went bad or some other variable not associated with the meter which might have extended the life of my "old" meter. In the end I ordered the new unit and that process went very smoothly.
