I've ordered 180 strips (3 x 60) glucose strips, but unfortunately, there was no communication with me from Keto-Mojo in regards to the issues with the shipping company (GLS) when they were stuck in Calais (France) or Dover (UK). It is when I sent an email to ask the reason of the delivery delay, I was told there were some problems to enter the UK. However, One of your members of staff handled well the situation, apologised and gave me the refund upon my request.
