First, I called to ask a question and didn’t get anywhere with that..then I emailed you and asked my question and got a response stating we’ll get back with...never did..then on my Neurons Facebook page, I asked if anyone knows about the promo bundle for my older ketone monitor and was told how to up grade my monitor to the current model since you are no longer supporting mine..and that’s when I upgraded. The monitor got here in good time and happy with it. I not happy with the packaging of the strips..very hard to get them out..I like the bottles better. Thank you
