Very smooth transaction, and excellent support with a lot of patience for newbies like me. However, I am a bit unhappy with the device they sent me - they sent me the one where the glucose is measured by mmol (I think) but given the choice I would have selected the other one. This choice I missed, as they select the device according to the address where they send it - okay, there's a work-around for that. But automatically, they sent it to my "winter address" in Spain as I ordered it from this country. That should be worked out a bit better in the shop site.
