I am providing this review of 3stars because of my experience with the customer support member. 2 Days back the strip was not sucking blood at all. I tried 5 or 6 strips and all of them behaved the same. When I tried a different batch, it worked well. when I reported this incident, I was told to record a video. How can I record one again? I cannot replicate this unless I keep trying again and again. Sometimes commonsense need to be applied. Looks like these CSR's are working purely based on prerecorded scripts
