Customer service is excellent -prompt and questions answered. The new GK+ meter, however is a disappointment: no option to change the BG units of measure (mgL) displayed on the instrument, as you can on the GK meter (switch to mmol/L). The test strip packing is awkward to opening & thus frustrating (and quite wasteful).
