The new model hasn't really produced better test-retest reliability -- two glucose readings taken seconds apart can vary by over 15 points. What's worse is the amount of waste produced by individually wrapped strips. I appreciate having the GKI number automatically calculated along with the low/moderate/high ketosis read-out, but overall, this is a C+/B- device.
