I bought a GK+ meter less than 2 weeks ago and reached out to support via FB messenger last night. The person that responded this morning was snarky, unable to comprehend what I was saying, made illogical relies, offered no valuable assistance whatsoever and ultimately told me I would be required to video myself using the machine to receive any further support. I am appalled at the lack of customer service I received. I didn't one time ask for a refund or exchange, I was simply reaching out for support. First, your support members should be able to comprehend on a basic enough level to offer support. Secondly, as a 50 year old, disabled woman that lives alone - being required to videotape myself while using the meter in order to get someone to assist me with my questions and issues is appalling. I originally chose ketomojo over the keto coach because I wanted the convenience of the dual monitor. I placed my order, including plenty of extra lancets and testing strips. Well, based on the terrible experience I had this morning with your support person, I will be taking the loss on the money I spent with your company and going to keto coach. Not only have you lost a new customer that would have been a continuing customer, but I will now be sharing my experience in every keto fb group, keto instagram account and on every keto youtuber channel I follow. In the few hours since this occurred I have already changed the mind of several members in one fb group trying to decide what product to purchase. I will continue to share my bad customer service experience with everyone in hopes of saving them from this same experience.
