I have been using the keto mojo for about two years, an early customer. Last year I upgraded to the newest model. I am all around happy with the product, and the customer service. However, the app is hands down the worst I have ever used. Some issues have been resolved, but every day it takes a ridiculous amount of time to open the app, connect to my meter, upload my results and then actually view them. What should take just a few seconds, takes in excess of 5+ minutes! I have a Bluetooth bathroom scale that connects to an app on my phone, and it takes seconds to view my results. Why doesn’t this meter automatically connect and display my results? I am trying to remain loyal, but I have considered switching to a competitor because of the wasted time I spend every day to actually see my results on my app. (I have an iPhone 11 with up to date software.) I have not seen an update to the Keto-Mojo app, maybe ever, but certainly not for months. When can we expect to see improvements?
