I love dealing with Keto-Mojo. The customer service has been always been A+ for me. The products work exactly as expected, are easy to use and quite accurate too! It’s great to also receive the extra information and guides. However, I was encouraged to update my meter so I did and traded in my old one. I have to admit that I’m not as much a fan of the new one. I liked being able to program my old one with mmol/L or mg/dL for my glucose readings. This new meter does not give you the choice and I don’t like that as I am Canadian and use both forms of measurement. As for the new packaging for the strips being individually wrapped as they are, I thought I would love it but I’m actually finding them to actually be more of a pain especially when I don't quite get enough of a blood sample and an error reading registers. To have to scramble to open another strip from another package is not easy and frustrating. I hope some adjustments can be made with the upgrades.
