Needed glucose test strips for my meter and found out they are no longer available. I was grateful to find your upgrade offer and purchased a new meter and sent my old meter in. I then realized that the brand new, never opened box of ketone test strips would not work in my new meter. I contacted customer support to see if I could trade them in for a box to fit my new meter only to be told they’d give me a $5 credit. I had known the strips were not compatible before I did the upgrade. I would have waited. Now I’m out &50+ for a completely unusable box of test strips. Very disappointed that the incompatibility was not mentioned.
