The customer support has been great, but the actual keto/glukose meter does not sync very well with my iPhone12Pro. I understood from the support temat that it is an issue with iOS, but it still affects me as a user and customer. A part from that I think everything has worked fine! I would appreciate more tips and tricks from the app and more feedback on the readings.
