Your delivery system is rather puzzling- according to the tracking info it was shipped from your distribution center via DHL, then went what appears to be less than 100 miles to the USPS receiving facility and then the other 600 or so miles to me. Why was DHL in the loop anyway? Seems to have slowed delivery and added at least 1 and possibly 3 days to transit time.
