The company seems professional. The customer service very responsive. The delivery is fast. The only issue I have is the product 😳 I am using it but do not trust it that much… if I measure a few times, one after another, I am getting completely different scores. The score range is sometimes 20 percent. Even if I use the control fluids I see differences. So it is difficult to trust the values. I reached out to the customer service on it a couple of times. I was told that this was okay… I therefore use it and see it as a overall trend indication with limited accuracy. At this moment, I would not recommend it to my friends. Perhaps you will improve in the future. I wish you all the best.
