The worst customer service! Everything that I received was copy-pasted instruction about correct blood drawing even though I specifically wrote in my inquiry that I know how to. I've tried writing again, and all I've got was a second request for a review. My concern about inconsistent readings on the new ketomojo model is still unanswered. Too bad old glucose&ketone strips won't be available any longer. Time to look for another meter.
