I hate doing business with companies that do all that they can to insure that you CANNOT talk to them by phone. They set up frustratingly long holds on phone trees and then force you to leave a message that will never be returned. And when you call out their behavior, they LIE about having tried to return your calls.
They may like their aloof new customer care model but as for me,… I will no longer recommend KetoMojo to anybody and I will definitely review my options before I reorder anything.
