I had requested information on Keto-Mojo’s trade in policy and received information on the procedure. I submitted the required information but was told the serial number I submitted had already been used. I have in my possession the so called invalid serial numbered item since the day I received it from Amazon, date ordered: 8/6/2020. The item I received from Amazon was brand new in a sealed container which had never been opened.
I am not pleased with the way I was treated and prefer to avoid doing business with Keto-Mojo.
