Order was not thoroughly fulfilled, at first. After a series of email - and a requirement of 'proof' of an unfulfilled order (pictures, etc) for evidence, a follow-up email and fulfillment was eventually completed . More specifically, it's the evidence from 'me' as the customer to provide 'reasons' and evidence rather than KM properly satisfying the order. It's quite the troublesome process for me, 'a pain in the ar$e' if you will!
