The total saving is $30 compared to the kit who’s in promotion on the website. That’s a terrible deal. Especially because YOU discontinued the product and YOU forced me to replace it. I don’t know who’s in charge of your marketing and communication, but that Person is obviously terrible and should be fired. If I was the owner of your company, I would have make sure that every owner of the previous device and registres would have received automatically a new device for free with a recycling kit. And I would have heavily communicated on the trade option for the other clients. I would have done something with a lot of ambition like Perrier did in the 80s when they replaced 100% of their bottles worldwidet after a problem occurred in France. Really, terrible deal and terrible marketing
