Horrible customer service. I ordered and paid extra for 2 day shipping. I received the product almost 2 weeks later. I contacted them and customer service was rude, said shipping wasn’t guaranteed. Absolutely horrible. I am purchasing a different machine so I don’t have to deal with this company for purchase of future strips
