My weight stalled because I was fat adapted, my doctor was no help, so I justified the cost compared to health club costs per month. Only after a week of using it. I had the best week since starting the keto diet. I knocked off 1 star because the bundle only included enough lancets for the standard purchase, and I think the app is excellent but it would be nice if it was an all in one app that I could keep food, calorie, and the meter results, but it's free so I'm only giving feedback. in short, very satisfied, highly recommend, save yourself the frustration of guessing. It's worth the money.
