My interaction with the company has been satisfactory. I haven't had any issues to date, but I'm confident they would be handled in a professional friendly manner. My only suggestions at this point for Keto-Mojo is to include a tab on the site for manuals etc., and to make finding the login button easier to find (putting it under 'my account' is a little confusing). I would recommend Keto-Mojo for your meter needs.
