Called customer service 2 x for help with new keto unit. It reads my ketosis level far from it's true level. I know this because of 4 years of ketosis living and readings.
NOBODY has ever returned my call.
Absolutely terrible custmer service. However, your marketing propoganda is among the best. One could almost believe you really do care.
