I had a problem with my Mojo from the get go. It would not go to the 12 or 24 hr mode AT ALL. I called 4 times and left a message two days in a row. I only got a call back when someone from Dr. Pompa's prgoram called you and asked that you call me. I did get a quick phone call. I was told to hold the side button as well and that worked. My meter still is not working as suggested in your videos and brochure. I just have not done anything about it. Even tho connected to my bluetooth it is not automatically recording my levels. I cannot get the second strip to read my glucose after testing my ketos. I would never suggest anybody buy this. Mostly because of your customer service. I would return this in a heartbeat and have you send me another to see if that worked any better.
