I have left three voice mails and also sent a message on chat with my email. I have heard nothing back from your company. I have not been able to use the Keto-Mojo that arrived in the mail. My partner and I have read and re-read the instructions. When I insert a testing strip, the icon with the drop of blood does not appear; an E 3 appears "Incorrect test strip". I tried three different test strips and I have made sure not to touch the tip. They have also been inserted all the way. I tried to communicate through all three means listed below.
